Booking and Reservations
When you book our services:

- You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all booking details
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fee
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund
- We reserve the right to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event details and requirements
- Ensure the venue is suitable for our equipment and services
- Provide adequate space, power supply, and access to the venue
- Ensure the event complies with all local laws and regulations
- Treat our staff and equipment with respect
Liability and Insurance
ICC Chem Vietnam maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. However:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services
- Clients are responsible for their venue and guest safety
- We are not responsible for personal belongings or valuables at events
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ICC Chem Vietnam and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Age Restrictions
Our entertainment services are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Event organizers must ensure all participants meet age requirements and comply with local regulations.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
